Services FAQ

RevOps Consulting Packages, Pricing, and Platform Questions

Here are the answers to the questions that come up most often on discovery calls.

How much does a RevOps engagement cost?

It depends on scope. A Strategic Assessment typically runs in the low five figures. A full Implementation is scoped to the deliverable, not the hour, and is priced based on the size of the stack, the number of teams involved, and the complexity of the integrations. Ongoing Advisory is a monthly retainer. You’ll get a fixed quote before we start work, not an hourly estimate.

Can you implement Salesforce Sales Cloud or Revenue Cloud?

Yes. Salesforce is one of our deepest areas of expertise. We’ve configured Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and CPQ across enterprise environments, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and Apex triggers when needed. We’re Salesforce Agentforce certified across Marketing, Sales, Data360, and Intelligence.

Do you work with HubSpot?

Yes. We hold the HubSpot Revenue Operations certification and regularly design HubSpot implementations for companies that want a single platform across marketing, sales, and service. HubSpot is often the right answer for growing teams that want speed of adoption over Salesforce’s deeper configurability.

What is the difference between Asana, ClickUp, and Smartsheet for operations work?

Asana is the strongest fit for cross-functional workflow operations, especially content and marketing production. ClickUp is more flexible and cheaper per seat, but the configuration surface is larger and requires more discipline to keep clean. Smartsheet is spreadsheet-native and works well for teams that already live in grids, want formal project plans with dependencies, and need Gantt views. We’ll recommend whichever fits your team’s actual working style, not ours.

Can you connect our tools with Zapier or Power Automate?

Yes, both. Zapier is our default for SaaS-to-SaaS automation when the pre-built connectors exist and the data volume is reasonable. Power Automate makes more sense for Microsoft 365 shops, for workflows involving SharePoint, Teams, or Dataverse, or for situations where Microsoft licensing already covers the automation cost. For heavier integration work we also use Workato and custom REST API connections.

Do you offer ongoing support after implementation?

Yes. Most clients roll into a monthly Advisory retainer after the build. That gives you a strategic partner for system refinements, quarterly business reviews, and a place to pressure-test decisions before you commit resources. Think of it as a fractional RevOps leader, not a support desk.

Do you work on Marketing Technology, not just Revenue Operations?

Yes. Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology are core to a full RevOps function. We’ve built marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketing Cloud), designed lead scoring and routing rules, set up attribution models, and led MarTech stack rationalization projects. If your MarTech stack has grown faster than your ability to govern it, we can help.

What does the discovery call cover?

Thirty minutes, no slides. I ask about your current stack, your team structure, where things are breaking, and what you’ve already tried. By the end of the call you’ll have a clear read on whether I’m the right person for the engagement and a rough shape of what a first phase would look like. No pitch, no proposal unless you ask for one.

What tools and platforms do you work with?+

With over 40,000 tools spanning sales, marketing, service, billing, and operations — and hundreds more launching every month — no team can evaluate them all. We stay on top of what’s emerging so you don’t have to, helping you build a tech stack that actually works together and drives revenue.
